We are fully aware and big on accountability when it comes to your safety and providing quality products.  For ALL lash products there is NO refunds. AGAIN no refunds on lash products. We are happy to replace products that are damaged upon receiving within 7-10 business days.  Please notify our team immediately after delivery and opening  of packages if NOT service issues are considered null and void. If you do not communicate it never happened.

 

Adhesives and other products that contain chemicals are purchased at clients discretion. Allergic reactions and bodily issues we are NOT responsible for.  All products have been tested and sourced by our team. Descriptions of product outcomes were from personal use and experience! Please be mindful when purchasing these products and skin test products before full application and/or use.

 

We are happy to help you and guide you through the purchasing experience.  Please feel free to contact our team 365 days and 24 hours, and we will gladly return ALL inquiries within 48 hours! We appreciate your business, loyalty, and most of all SUPPORT.
